Upgrade Using PayPal Payment Not Going Through

    Hi,

    I just tried upgrading my free account to Premium and I’m using my PayPal to make the payment, but after entering my country, postal code and PayPal login details, I keep being redirected to the account upgrade page and no payment receipt is being sent across to show that the payment went through. I’ve tried this three times already and I keep getting the same non-results.

    Could you please advise? I’d like to make the full payment by tomorrow at the latest before my internet bank card expires and I end up having to wait another few days to issue a new one.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! We’re getting an error from PayPal indicating that the payment with that card failed, and you’ll need to contact PayPal to find out more about why that happened. (You can tell them we received Error 10486 when you tried to pay with PayPal.)

    Alternately, you can wait until you receive your new bank card so you can try paying with that one.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
