Hello I paid for the upgrade to my account in March and my account does not show the upgrade. I need to contact support. Please assist.

This usually happens when you created another account for that upgrade. You must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that paid upgrade as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
