Upgraded to Premium. Do I need this to move BLOG to WP.ORG

  Upgraded to premium to install a custom theme. However I cannot do so on WP.com but rather on ORG. So was my upgrade to premium necessary to move my blog to ORG to install my theme? If it is not necessary I would like a refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that the WordPress.com Premium upgrade does not include adding your own themes. You can find more information on this via the link above.

  However we have hundreds of themes that you can apply as seen here:

  http://theme.wordpress.com
