  Could you please help me activating Shuttle Pro?

  If you want to use third party themes on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  So I upgraded to Shuttle Pro Individual here:

  But I still need to get the WordPress Business Plan as well, right? :-)
  I’ve tried that but it seems I cannot keep the current domain?

  Hi there,

  Do you already have a website hosted elsewhere? If you do, then there’s no reason to purchase additional hosting (Business plan) from us.

  If you want to host your site with us and use that plugin, then you’ll definitely need to upgrade to our Business plan.

  Just to clarify, your site at nuclear.uwc.ac.za is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress.org software and it’s hosted by a different hosting company.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  On this forum, we can primarily help with WordPress.com sites that are hosted by us. Your site isn’t hosted by us so we aren’t able to help with this directly.

  You’d want to reach out to the theme support (Shuttle Themes) for help with activating their pro license. As the issue is specific to the theme license, they can help you with this.
