upgraded to wordpress 5.1 and now major issue with post not saving

  Today I have upgraded to 5.1 and twice have tried to write a post that involves embedding instagram images. This has never been an issue in the past, however today the post stopped being able to save. I tried to publish – which has worked to the degree I can see the post preview on my home page, but when clicked on (this is the same for when I try to click edit from the dashboard) I get a 500 internal server error.
  I’ve really love to just speak with a wordpress technician about this!

  Hi there, since we WordPressdotcom users do not need to handle the backend upgrades of our websites, I believe you need help with a site using the open press WordPress software.

  For assistance with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
