Upgrades – 10GB &25GB

I purchased the 10GB upgrade the last week of June. After I bought it I saw that it wasn’t enough space. So less than a week later I bought the 25GB. IS there a way to refund the 10GB since I have moved up to the 25GB and there hasn’t been much time pass?
