upgrading

    I have just paid twice I think £250 to upgrade to business and it says congratulations but I am not getting a confirmation email and still a free account on my settings.
    Could you advise please and refund me the money if it has gone through twice

    I have just paid twice I think £250 to upgrade to business and it says congratulations but I am not getting a confirmation email and still a free account on my settings.

    Your account shows you tried make two purchases but unfortunately neither went through successfully. As you can see, there are no receipts in your Billing History:

    Your payments aren’t being blocked from our side — the error I am seeing suggests there is a problem with your payment source so I recommend contacting PayPal for more information.
