Upgrading

Hi I am in the process of creating a website for a Holiday Letting Business, if possible I would like to upgrade to the Premium plan, I am struggling to find a suitable WordPress Theme that is but for this purpose & have found external Worpress themes eg. Bellevue by Thermovation. Can I upload & use this theme on a Premium plan or would I have to upgrade to the Business plan?
Alternatively could you recommend any WordPress themes that would be suitable for a Holiday Rental business e.g. Purpose by Organic Themes

To install external themes requires the Business plan. If your goal is to ultimately set up eCommerce site you’d have to decide if the Premium plan and Simple Payments would be sufficient or if you’d need the Business plan where you could use something like WooCommerce.
