  I’m looking at the possibility of upgrading my account. I would like to know more information about buying the domain? Would I own the domain if I ever chose to leave WordPress? and more information on the monetisation element

  Hi there,

  If you register a domain with us you own it for as long as you keep on renewing it, and you can both point it to another hosting provider, or completely transfer it to a different domain provider, should want to at any point.

  Can you tell me exactly what you’d like to know about monetising your site? Have you looked at the support page we have for that here?
