Upgrading but it won't let me

Hi there, I’m trying to upgrade my website so that I can use a custom domain name but when I go to pay the £85, it says my account is already registered so I cannot do it. Can this get sorted? Or how do I go about doing this?

I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

Ah, it looks like you are trying to register it as a new domain. If you already have it registered elsewhere, you need to “map existing domain”.
