Upgrading Credits

    Hi , I paid for the 12 months Premium plan and need to upgrade to business for woocommerce. How do I get my credits?

    Hi there,

    For what site did you buy the Premium Plan? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com, and haven’t bought anything from us. If you have a paid plan from WordPress.com, you bought it via a different username account.

    The only site in your account is a self-hosted WordPress site connected via the Jetpack plugin, https://drip420.co.za/. It’s not possible to buy a WordPress.com upgrade plan for that site, and that site is on Jetpack’s free plan.

    If you want to use WooCommerce on that site, just log into the WP-Admin dashboard and go to the Plugins section in the menu to install the plugin. You don’t need to buy any upgrade plans for us to use plugins on that site. That requirement only applies to sites hosted on WordPress.com.
