Upgrading from free blog

  The free blog is OK but a bit limiting in terms of how it looks, etc. I could do with ideas on how best to upgrade without spending too much. Possibly adding another blog. I’d appreciate advice.

  Sure thing. So, the first upgrade would be our personal plan. That comes with a custom domain and live chat support. Plus, the other features listed at https://wordpress.com/pricing/ The fee is collected in the annual amount at the time of purchase and it’s refundable for 30 days. If you decided to upgrade from the personal plan, then you would only pay the difference between the next plan and what you’ve already paid us. Does that make sense?

  In terms of the customization that you are looking for – can you be more specific? You may not need to upgrade after all and we would be glad to help you figure that out.
