Upgrading my account

I’ve repeatedly tried to upgrade my account but each time receive an error message stating there was a problem with the transaction. There is nothing wrong with the method of payment, the information entered, or the internet connection. The forums does not seem the most appropriate way to seek help, but it’s the only way I’ve found of contacting WordPress. Any suggestions?

Are you paying via credit card? Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that helps:
If not, it’s most likely your bank that is blocking the transaction. Please follow up with them and ask them to allow payment to WordPress.com.
