I tried paying with my debit card and it keeps replying wrong PIN. I discovered I was using the wrong card. Now the payment page keeps turning off…

I checked your account and it isn’t blocked from making purchases. I would go ahead and try making the purchase again (maybe from a different browser) and see if you have any success.

Hmm…I’m not seeing any errors from this end, Are you getting any error notifications when you attempt the purchase?

Yes, I explained my problems above… The page keeps timing out before I fill in my card information..

No error notification, it only goes back to the previous page..

Hello, I think ,my previous message did not show.. Here it is.. Hello there. Thank you for your previous help and attention to some of the mix up encountered in the process of upgrading my free WordPress account to Premium.
I am bringing a little concern to your attention now. I see the credit card I used for payment, belonging to my Flatmate is being overcharged to the tune of $289 dollars and not $99 which was what I paid for. I am sending a screenshot and hoping you can help with this.

My flatmate does not have a wordpress account… But the huge charges are deducted from her personal bank account..
