Upgrading my plan and moving to a different platform

    What if I choose the basic plan and choose to move to a different platform in the future?
    What would happen if I decide to shift my website to someone else later, maybe they are cheaper? I don’t know the reason but what if…?

    Hi there,

    Our plans only apply to sites that are hosted on our servers, so if you move your site to another host, you’ll lose all features included in the plan with us. The only exception is if you registered a custom domain as part of the plan – you can poinp your domain to another host, or even transfer it away from us entirely if you prefer.

    We offer a full refund on all plans for 30 days after purchase, but we don’t give pro-rated refunds if you cancel after that. So, for example, let’s say you decide to move after 6 months, you won’t receive any refund from us for unused time on your plan at that point.
