Upgrading Plan

    Hey there, I was on vacation and was unable to renew my business plan for my website. Now when I am trying to manually upgrade my plan none of the payment pages will load. I have tried multiple browsers and have cleared my cache.

    Hi there,

    You’ve had Business Plans that expired in January on more than one site. Can you please confirm to which site you’re trying to add the Business Plan?

    On your site using plugins you also had a custom domain, hasteentertainment.com. That domain has since been removed from our system and now appears to be registered with GoDaddy, so we are no longer able to restore that domain. If that’s the site you’re trying to upgrade again, please note you’ll need to register a new domain for that site before you will be able to use it. I can help you through that process once the Business Plan is active again.
