Upgrading plan and choosing a different Custom domain name

  Hello, if I currently have abc123.wordpress.com and I plan to upgrade to a personal or premium plan and choose a custom domain with a different name such as http://www.XYZ123.com (completely different from http://www.abc123.com), will my SEO/stats continue to be intact or will they be impacted ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your stats will stay the same. But any time you change a URL, it will take some amount of time for google and the other search engines to recognize that change.
