Upgrading questions

So I’m thinking of upgrading from free to one of the plans, but I have a few questions and I’m hoping someone can answer them for me.
1) Will I have access to all the premium wordpress themes for FREE or will I still have to pay for them?
2) Will I still be able to have multiple blogs, or will I have to pay a monthly subscription for each blog?Those are my two biggest questions that I need to know before I upgrade, thank you :)

1) Will I have access to all the premium wordpress themes for FREE or will I still have to pay for them?
As indicated on My Site ->Plans, the Premium and Business plans include the use of any Premium Theme for as long as you own the plan. You only need to pay for a Premium Theme if you want to keep on using it after you cancel the Plan.
The Personal Plan does not include any Premium Themes, so there you’d need to pay for the theme separately.
2) Will I still be able to have multiple blogs, or will I have to pay a monthly subscription for each blog?
You can have as many sites/blogs in your account as you want, but a plan only applies to one site, so if you want a plan for more than one site, you’ll need to buy a separate plan for each site you want to upgrade.
WordPress.com Plans are bought for a year at a time. We don’t have any monthly upgrades.
