Upgrading to premium

  I wanted to upgrade my blog to premium, but initially it was very slow and later showed a paygate error. Is that normal? What do I do?

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! Did you get a specific error message when you tried to finish the payment for that upgrade? If you did, please copy and paste it here so I can take a look.

  At one time it showed paygate error and then the other, transaction cannot be processed. It did not show anything else specific

  Thanks for letting me know. Can you please check with your credit card company to make sure they aren’t blocking transactions from WordPress.com? (That can happen even if your card is working in other places.)

  Also, please be sure you are entering the correct billing details for your card when you check out. If those details are correct and your credit card company isn’t blocking the transaction, please let me know and I can keep investigating for you.
