Upgrading to Premium

  If I upgrade to premium will it change the domain name? Will it take off wordpress.com?
  If so, when someone searches my site will they find the upgraded site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Upgrading to Premium won’t automatically change the domain. You’ll first need to register a custom domain to do that.

  But once you do, your site will start showing at that domain, search engines will index your site at the new domain, and all links to your old free address will be automatically redirected to the new domain.
