Upgrading to Premium, does it give video access to all my Worpress blogs

  If I upgrade to premium, will this give me access to add video’s to all my blogs, or just to one blog with WordPress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Premium bundle upgrade is per site and per year.
