Upgrading to version 3.0

  I am trying to upload a new theme I purchased. Where can I upgrade to WordPress 3.0? Because my theme is not showing up.

  That is a WordPress.COM blog and you do not (and cannot) upgrade it. Staff handles that. You also cannot upload themes purchased from somewhere else. You can ONLY use the themes on your Dashboard->Themes page. Our themes are customized for WordPress.com and all others are for WordPress.org blogs.

  Contact the company where you bought your theme and ask for a refund.
