I am new to website building. I am building it from Bluehost portal.
I have not yet published my site.
I want to upgrade to wordpress.org from wordpress.com.
    How to do it?

  • Here is a support document that will explain how to do that.

I went through the Tutorial in the link provided.

Can you clarify regarding the following?:-

I have not yet published any blog (site) in the wordpress.com.
I want to publish my blog (site) in the wordpress.org.

Can the money paid by me to BlueHost for the blog in WordPress.com be transferred for the blog hosting in wordpress.org?

Otherwise, can I get the money, paid by me to the Bluehost, refunded?
I will pay it again to the Bluehost for my blog in wordpress.org, the account of which is yet to be opened.

    Please guide me.

    Regards.

You are mixing up several things.
Bluehost is a hosting company just as wordpress.com offers a hosting platform.
Wordpress.org is open source software you can use to build a website if you have your own hosting.
Bluehost, wordpress.com and wordpress.org are in no way related to each other. So it’s impossible to use the money you paid to one organisation, for another organisation.
If you paid hosting to Bluehost, you can install yourself the open source wordpress.org or you can go for their wordpress hosting whereas Bluehost installs wordpress.org for you.
