  How I can upload blog file created locally using FileZilla?
  It needs ftp server add. and username and password, these are not same of WordPress blog’s ones.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to sites hosted on WordPress.com. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
