Upload a custom theme

  I want to upload a custom theme and don’t see that option on wordpress.com. Is that because I need to have a premium account or do I need to go through wordpress.org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here at WordPress.com you choose to activate one of the 379 free or premium themes found here:-

  WordPress themes purchased elsewhere are only designed for self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software.
