  please let me know how I can upload a 1.8GB video file

  Hi there,

  With the WordPress.com Premium plan you have, you can upload videos a couple different ways:

  1. You can use the “Add Media” button when you’re creating a new post or page. You can then drag and drop the video file into the window that appears or click the “Upload Files” tab to select your video file.

  2. You can upload videos directly to your site’s Media Library under Media > Add New in your site’s dashboard:
