Upload Custom Theme

I just purchased a theme and am trying to upload it to my site. I was trying to build it on a mock site and then transfer it to my premium account so I don’t mess up the content on my already hosted site. When I try to upload the content into the account I am paying for it says try again. How can I start a new site from scratch and then transfer it to my already hosted site?

I can’t even submit long instructions here. It says failed. You probably have limited “2MB” upload size thats why it fails. It doesn’t give you the details why it failed.

It seems like you can’t upload your own theme/plugin at the native wordpress hosted site (not a 100% sure) but the only option you have is to buy their listed themes and import the content by using wp importer. To start from scratch click on the “My Site” far upper left corner and there are options on the left side of the screen. From there scroll down and click the “wp admin” option and that takes you to the admin dashboard. In there that option “upload” for themes is missing. you can only install whats available or purchase it from here
