Upload limit exceeded

    I was trying to upload some files today and it said I had exceeded my upload limit. I then upgraded the space for 10gb increase. Payment went through yet I still can’t upload. Please help!!!!

    Hi there,

    You used to have the 50 GB space upgrade, and right now you have about 44 GB of files uploaded to your site. Until you have a space upgrade that gives you a total of more than 44 GB of space on your site, you won’t be able to upload more files there. (The files you already uploaded will still be there unless you choose to delete them, but you need to have more available space to be able to upload more than that.)

    You can upgrade your site again to add more space on the Store page in your dashboard:
