  Hello. I have a sketch theme and I upload a Logo properly, but it disappears when I upload Header images. Isn’t it possible to have both?

  Also, is there any possibility of having a logo uploaded in the Misty Lake theme?

  Hi there,

  Can you try adding the logo back after you upload a custom header image? (You may have to remove the logo and then re-add it in the customizer.) If you continue to have trouble with this, please send me a link to the site where you’re using the Sketch theme and I can take a closer look for you. :)

  Also, is there any possibility of having a logo uploaded in the Misty Lake theme?

  The Misty Lake theme doesn’t support a logo. You can see all of the theme’s that support a logo in our theme showcase, using the site logo filter:

  Many thanks for your response.
  I tried to do that and in the very first moment it is okay, but when I navigate through other sections it disappears.
  I don’t know if it is relevant but I am using the “preview” mode.

  Thanks for clarifying that! I see what you mean now. Regardless of what you see in that preview, if you have a logo and a header image uploaded, both should appear on your site after you save and activate the theme.

  I’m also reporting this to our developers so they can investigate why that isn’t working properly in the preview. Thanks for letting us know about the issue, and please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)

  Hi there,

  I checked in with our developers about this issue. Because of how the customizer shows the preview of your site logo, you’ll need to add your site logo, save your changes, and then add the custom header. If you add the custom header without saving your changes first, you won’t see the site logo in the customizer’s preview.

  Our developers are aware of that issue, but there isn’t a set timeline for changing how that works so your best bet is to save your changes between each step. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
