Upload my themes using Filezilla

  I’m a beginner. And i’m trying to upload my theme to my wordpress page using filezilla.
  I filled in:
  Host: http://ftp.katsuece.wordpress.com
  Port: 21
  Username: katsuece
  Password: my password

  And the feedback is:
  Status: Connecting to 74.200.243.251:21…
  Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server”, trying next address.
  Status: Connecting to 74.200.244.59:21…
  Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server”, trying next address.
  Status: Connecting to 76.74.254.123:21…
  Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server”.
  Error: Could not connect to server

  What is the problem here? Did i do anything wrong with my initial configuration? Plz help. Thnx a lot.

  You can’t use FTP or external themes with a WordPress.com blog. Those only work with independenly-hosted blogs using WordPress.ORG.

  I’m sorry but FTP access is not available at WordPress.com.

  You can customize the CSS for existing themes on WordPress.com, but you cannot upload new themes. You would need to install WordPress on your own web hosting account in order to have that capability.
