Upload New Media Issue

No. The pictures I select appear to begin to load and then stop. Not option to cancel either. I have to close WP to stop it and reset

I am not uploading a page. I am loading my own photos from my computer into the media gallery for use in my post. I’ve never had any trouble doing this…and I have a LOT of photos on my blog. I just tried it again, with the same result.

I am asking you for the URL of the page where you are doing the uploading. There are a couple different locations on WordPress.com where you could be doing this and the URL will let me know exactly which method you are using.
For example, it might be:

So, another question, are you uploading many images at once? Or just a few?

I do both. I usually upload more than one, anywhere from 3 to 20. When this first happened, I tried to upload one at a time…same thing. I’ve continued, day after day, trying to upload just one. Nothing. I get so far as seeing the upload begin, and then it stalls.

I normally upload new media as I’m posting…photos for that post in other words. Since this started, I’ve tried uploading New Media outside of the post, from the dashboard, but it’s made no difference

Just for the heck of it, can you try adding images using Chrome or Firefox? IE 10 doesn’t usually cause issues, but IE does cause more issues than the other browsers in general.
