  Can i upload theme in free plan ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like you’ve asked this earlier. No need to ask more than once. :)

  The only plan which allows users to upload a custom theme is the Business plan. Otherwise you can activate any of the 350+ free and premium themes found in the Theme Showcase or in your dashboard. https://wordpress.com/themes/
