  Hi. Why I cant upload my own theme?

  With your brand new free WordPress.com site you can activate any one of the 380 free or Premium themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes

  The only way to “upgrade your own theme” (presumably purchased elsewhere) would be to upgrade to the Business plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
