  I can’t upload my own theme to the site. Is it something I am doing incorrectly. When I drag and drop it won’t allow

  To be able to upload third-party and custom themes on WordPress.com, you’ll need to upgrade to the Pro plan.

  However, we have many free and premium themes available in our Library that you can use on your free site. You can browse them here:
