Upload Theme button not visible/available

  I bought a premium theme from ultimatumtheme.com. Their Installation guide says that I can ‘upload theme’ to wordpress website and them use it. But I cant find Upload theme button in Appearance->Themes. All I see is an ‘Available Themes’ option there.

  So I tried to google this, and one of the forums said that Only admins can access that button. However, I am already the admin. I am the sole user and admin.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
