upload themes

  I have a file of themes I am trying to upload. It says I have to have a business plan to do this. I have not had to in the past?

  As designillustrator.pro is hosted by 1&1 you should be able to upload external themes to that site as they are designed for sites such as that one using the WordPress.org software.

  If you have another unnamed WordPress.com site that you are trying to add an external theme to then you do indeed need to upgrade to the Business plan.
