Uploaded audio sometimes plays randomly whilst I’m working in the dashboard.

Hello,
When I am working in the backend (WordPress Dashboard) random audio files that are in my media library sometimes start playing. It’s very peculiar and I’d love to know what’s going on and whether I can fix it.
I’m running the latest WordPress version (although my issue has been occuring for a while).
