  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  The site listed, courtreportersunitedwa.org is actually hosted by In Motion Hosting and doesn’t use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  This means that your site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software. It’s a different version of WordPress. Help for that will come from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  You should be able to add it through the Media tab in the WordPress dashboard.
