Uploading complete website that was created with wordpress to wordpress

  I have a website that was created with wordpress but there was complications with domains so can no longer access. However Ihave a backup folder of the whole website. How can I upload this to wordpress? Thanks

  First: a backup folder isn’t enough. Hopefully you also made a backup of the database as all content is stored in the database.
  To move a site from wordpress.org to wordpress.com, https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
