Uploading image- problem! Says ‘no data supplied’

  Please can someone help. Every time I try and upload an image it says ‘no data supplied’. The format is jpg and the size is within the limits. Thank you

  Are you using the classic dashboard (https://cakesandconfettico.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php) or the new interface at https://wordpress.com/media/ ?

  Can you take a screen shot of what you’re seeing? Then add it to your media library or using a third party link like snag.gy. Then we can confirm which interface you’re using and move forward with help.

  So, that’s interesting, the image you tried to upload failed, but the image screenshot of the failed upload did upload without a problem.

  Have you tried uploading any other image? Perhaps the initial image is corrupt.
