Uploading Images

    I created a website through go daddy and it’s a classified ad type website when people register to place an ad when they upload a picture it says it Hass to be 640 pixels wide is there anyway to increase that because most people are using an image off their phone which is like pixels of like 3000 or higher and I wanted to know how I can change that To where people can upload a bigger picture versus taking it to their computer and trying to crop it down to size manually please let me know if there is anything I can do thank you
