Uploading issues with WP file manager

    I tried to upload Storyline files and I kept getting error messages that I could not connect to backend. I tried to go to the wp-config.php and change wp-debug to true (as advised on the WP support forum) but I received the same error message.

    I also purchased the WP Pro version and I received the same error message when I tried to upload the new plugin file.
