Uploading large tiff files Photography

  Can we upgrade so we can upload higher pixels thank 2568. Our files are larger and exceeds what wordpress is allowing. Can we upgrade with word press?

  Hi @eyeforlight56, can you clarify what error you get, and whether you’re seeing that at https://wordpress.com/media , in our app, or from wp-admin?

  If you see it in wp-admin, it’s a setting between your site and your host, and we won’t have a lot of control over that. But if wp-admin is fine and one of the others is not, send more details (including the error) and we’ll have a look. Thanks!
