Uploading media

  I get this error message when trying to upload photos to my site: An error occurred in the upload. “Please try again later.” This just started in the last 2-3 days.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you please try the troubleshooting steps outlined on this page: Troubleshooting Images

  In particular, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, checking to make sure your internet connection is working properly, and then testing it out by uploading a small file.

  Another thing to check is whether you can upload files using the Multi-file vs. Browser Uploader. You can go to Media > Add New in your dashboard and try uploading with the multi-file uploader and the browser uploader to see if either one works.

  I switched from the Google Chrome Browser to Firefox and the problem was resolved.
