Uploading Media Trouble

  Hello, we created our business website almost 5 years ago now. We have never had any contact with a wordpress associate. Recently when trying to upload a piece of media it opens up with a box that says ‘WP Google Maps: This plugin uses the DOMDocument class, which is unavailable on this server. Please contact your host to request they enable this library.’ Being that we dont have a direct contact person I am wondering how to get through this so I can continue to work on my website.
