  I am trying to upload a theme which I have just purchased form my desktop.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only themes found at https://theme.wordpress.com/ either free or premium can be activated here at WordPress.com. Any other themes purchased elsewhere are designed to be used on self-hosted sites running the WordPress.org software.
