uploading my podact MP3 audio

    I have been trying to upload podcast audio as an MP3 file saved on my desktop and recorded using Audacity but I keep getting an air message telling me that the it is for security reason. please help.

    Hi there,

    Can you please tell me the exact error message you’re getting? And how big is the file?

    Can you also check in Audacity what encoding was used to create the MP3? And if possible, can you try exporting it there with different encoding to see if that makes any difference?
