Uploading "new" theme

I want to upload a theme I purchased from another site to my blog. The instructions said to select “appearance” which I did. Then select “themes” which I did. However, the next step says to “click on install themes” but this does not exist. How else can I upload my purchased theme if this does not exist?

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

Thank you for your reply, but I already figured out the problem. I was already with DeeamHost, however I never transferred the domain name to them which was restricting what I could do. Everything has been set up!!
