  I can’t upload a theme on my website

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  You will need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to upload third-party themes to your site: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  With that said, we do have hundreds of themes available, no paid plan required: https://wordpress.com/themes
