Uploading of Theme

  I am trying to add a theme to my site but i got an error message stating that just the owner of the site can add a theme, but i am an admin on the site.
  How do i fix this issue?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It seems your blog thelenee.wordpress.com is owned by leneebunoluwanouveau. So only leneebunoluwanouveau is able to add a theme.

  Do i have to tell the owner of the site to do it?

  Correct. If the message states that the owner needs to do it you’ll need to contact them for assistance. Otherwise, ask them to write to us here in this thread and we can do it on their behalf. But, it’s best if they can do it themselves.
